My Account

How do I create an account?

New accounts can be created with us as you check out with your order or by going to the My Account tab at the top of the page. It will require a name, email address, shipping address, and login name and password.

I forgot my password.

If you forgot your password, please go to the My Account tab and click on Forgot your Password, just below the login information. Instructions to reset your password will be sent to the email attached to your account.

My Order

Has my order been shipped?

If you have any questions concerning your shipment, please email us at support@oilequipzone.com or call us at +1 (713) 333-2433.

Can I change or cancel an item from my order?

If you let us know the required changes within 7 days of your order, then you may be able to make changes. But if the order has already been packed for shipment, then you will need to contact returns. View our Return Policy for more information.

Why did my order never arrive?

If your order did not arrive within the time frame specified, please let us know so we can find your order. If the order will be late, then we will contact you to let you know.

What are my payment choices?

You can pay with credit cards, MasterCard or Visa, with Paypal, or with money order. The options will be displayed when you go through the check out process.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are dependent on the supplier and their stock. Your item will be shipped as soon as the supplier receives new stock.
